Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking an entry-level Associate - Sales for a full-time role with a four-month development program (Associate Development Program).

The cohort-based program starts in February 2027 and includes training in sales strategies, prospecting, and industry knowledge. You will shadow experienced reps, assist with sourcing and managing business, and participate in client meetings to build a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, or related fields.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Motivated to learn and able to explain ROI to customers.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Sales internship or sales experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients within territory.
• Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Prospect and cold-call to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives; some travel required.
• Assist senior reps with sourcing, securing, and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment.
• Participate in marketing and sales publications for industry knowledge.
• Perform other related duties and special projects.
