RR Donnelley is seeking an entry-level Associate for the Associate Development Program in Rochester, NY. This full-time role begins with a four-month training program to equip you with sales strategies and industry knowledge for a Sales Associate career.

The program operates on a cohort model with February 2027 start dates, involves prospecting, shadowing, and supporting senior reps within a defined territory, and may include travel and future growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related field preferred.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• High motivation to learn and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Prior CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
• Sales internship or experience selling.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients within territory.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Prospect and cold call to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives and assist with sourcing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment.
• Participate in additional projects and training publications.
