RR Donnelley recruits for an entry-level Associate Development Program in Madison Heights, MI. This full-time role includes a four-month training track designed to prepare you as a Sales Associate. The February 2027 cohort is currently being hired for in Madison Heights.

Responsibilities include learning RRD's sales steps, prospecting, shadowing, supporting senior reps, attending meetings, and managing relationships. Travel may be required; a CRM background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics or related fields.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High motivation to learn and make data-driven decisions and explain ROI to customers.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Driven and motivated to succeed in the sales field.
• Prior experience using a CRM (e.g. Salesforce) preferred.
• Sales internship or experience selling.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives (some travel may be required).
• Assist senior sales reps in sourcing, securing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for your post-training assignment.
• Participate in marketing and sales publications to deepen sales knowledge.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
