Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking an entry-level Associate - Sales in Seattle for a four-month training program (Associate Development Program) designed to prepare you for a sales career within our global organization.

The program covers prospecting, cold calling, shadowing sales reps, handling new and existing accounts, attending sales meetings, and building a post-training pipeline, with potential travel and a July 2027 cohort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; strong interest in sales required.
• Excellent listening and communication skills to understand customer needs.
• Ability to learn quickly and make data-driven decisions for customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation; learn prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives and assist senior reps in sourcing, securing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Build a sales funnel for the post-training assignment and participate in special projects as needed.
