Job summary

RRD in Parsippany, New Jersey, is hiring an Associate - Sales for a full-time, entry-level role with a four-month training program (Associate Development Program) to prepare you as a Sales Associate for RRD.

The cohort-based program has February 2027 start dates; the role includes prospecting, cold calling, shadowing senior reps, and building a sales funnel. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing and managing business within the designated territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related fields with an interest in sales
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High motivation to learn and explain ROI to customers
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems
• Driven and motivated to succeed in sales
• CRM experience preferred (Salesforce)
• Sales internship or experience selling

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts
• Shadow sales representatives (some travel required)
• Assist senior sales reps in sourcing, securing and managing business
• Attend internal and external sales meetings
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers
• Build a sales funnel for your post-training assignment
• Participate in marketing and sales publications to deepen industry knowledge
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned
