Job summary

RRD is hiring for an Associate - Sales in the United States. This full-time, entry-level role includes a comprehensive four-month Associate Development Program designed to teach sales strategies and industry knowledge for a successful career in sales.

The position involves training, shadowing experienced reps, and building a client pipeline within the assigned territory. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; CRM experience is a plus, and compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related fields.
• Strong listening and communication skills required.
• Ability to learn quickly and explain ROI to customers.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives and assist in sourcing, securing, and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings and maintain relationships with accounts.
• Build a sales funnel for the post-training assignment.
• Participate in ongoing development through marketing and sales publications.
