Job summary

RRD is seeking a self-motivated Associate for the Associate Development Program in sales. This full-time, four-month training track prepares you to become a Sales Associate with hands-on exposure to prospecting, cold calling, and account development.

You will shadow sales reps, assist in sourcing and managing business, attend meetings, and nurture existing client relationships. Start date is February 2027 with opportunities for growth and relocation support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High motivation to learn; make data-driven decisions and explain ROI to customers.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Driven and motivated to succeed in the sales field.
• Prior CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred.
• Sales internship or experience selling.
• Reliable transportation to get to and from clients within the designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives (some travel required).
• Assist senior sales representatives in sourcing, securing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment.
• Continue development through marketing and sales publications.
