Job summary

PistonPay, a payments company based in Lehi, Utah, is hiring a Sales Development Representative to run high-velocity outbound campaigns across its gas-station network. You will prospect into accounts, qualify inbound interest, and book discovery calls for Account Executives, serving as the first conversation with prospects.

This builder's role rewards sprint-focused, data-driven work and close collaboration with Sales leadership to shape the playbook as we scale.

Qualifications

• Desire to build a long-term career in sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive on a high-volume outbound cadence (100+ dials/day).
• Coachable, competitive and energized by building something from the ground up.
• Willingness to collaborate with marketing, AEs and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute focused outbound blitz campaigns via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Partner with Marketing on campaign planning and ICP refinement.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach.
• Contribute to building and scaling the outbound playbook.
