Job summary

Sophos Group is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a high-performing SDR team across North America from Dallas, TX. The role focuses on outbound new-logo development and inbound qualification, partnering with Marketing and Sales to accelerate pipeline growth.

You will oversee SDR operations, drive process improvements, and coach a diverse team while aligning regional initiatives with global standards. Hybrid in-office presence required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years minimum relevant SDR management experience.
• Experience leading teams across multiple countries, languages and time zones is a plus.
• Experience with high-volume outbound, phone-based lead generation/sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed SDR team to ensure pipeline generation.
• Oversee inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting to deliver sales-ready opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to accelerate GTM execution.
• Provide data-driven reporting on team productivity and pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams for smooth handoffs.
