Job summary

Danfoss Drives in Houston seeks a Sales Development Manager to expand our presence in data center and electrification markets. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with customers, and work with application engineers and product specialists to align needs with our power conversion solutions.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll manage a sales pipeline, influence strategic projects, and represent Danfoss at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
• Experience in outside sales within power generation, power conversion, electrical infrastructure, data center, or related industrial markets.
• Experience using a CRM platform for opportunities, forecasts, and pipelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities in data center, power generation, and electrification markets.
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with engineers and product specialists to align needs with solutions.
• Manage a sales pipeline, maintain CRM activity, and provide regular updates.
