You'll receive industry-leading training, mentorship, and licensing support while learning how to prospect, build client relationships, generate new business, and grow into a successful sales professional.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, recruiting, or customer-facing roles.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing.
• Bachelor's degree or sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking events.
• Learn consultative sales and client advisory techniques.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline using CRM technology.
• Partner with experienced Account Executives and Producers on sales strategies and client acquisition.
