You will consult on benefits strategy, present renewal options, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Travel to client sites is required; a Life & Health license and proven EB sales success are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Active Life & Health Insurance License required.
• Success in Employee Benefits sales, consulting, or BD.
• Strong knowledge of employer-sponsored benefits programs and funding strategies.
• Excellent relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to travel regularly for client and BD activities.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development.
• Build trusted relationships with business owners, executives, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Consult with clients on benefits strategy, workforce needs, funding options, compliance considerations, and cost management.
• Present benefit recommendations, renewal strategies, and value-added solutions.
• Partner with internal service, analytics, compliance, carrier, and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Maintain sales activity and pipeline data within CRM platforms.
• Stay informed on industry trends, legislative changes, and emerging benefits strategies.
