Integral dx in Minnesota is seeking a Central Sales Desk Associate to reach out to Ready Mix producers by phone, text and email, following a scripted process to collect data for the team. You will learn the product line and relay leads to the sales staff, and enter contacts into the company database.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to read, follow a script, and communicate sales potential to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and understand written information.
• Ability to follow and memorize a sales script.
• Ability to communicate sales potential to management.
• Any combination of education and experience providing required skills is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Contact Ready Mix producers by phone, text, and email.
• Refer leads or business updates to Territory Managers.
• Set up new contacts in Outlook.
• Document conversations.
• Utilize Mailchimp to contact leads ASAP.
• Provide ideas to the marketing team based on customer feedback.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.
