Job summary

Integral dx in Minnesota seeks a Central Sales Desk Associate to reach out to Ready Mix producers by phone, text and email, following a script to collect the data for the Integral dx team. You will learn the product line to communicate effectively with clients and organize results of calls.

Regularly, you will relay potential leads to the sales team and enter contacts into the company database. You will set up new contacts in Outlook, document conversations, and use Mailchimp to contact leads

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to read and understand written information.
• Ability to follow and memorize a sales script.
• Ability to communicate sales potential to management.
• OR any combination of education and experience that provides the required skill and knowledge for successful performance is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Contact Ready Mix producers by phone, text, and email
• Refer leads or business updates to Territory Managers
• Set up new contacts in Outlook
• Document conversations
• Utilize Mailchimp (and other digital services) to contact leads ASAP
• Provide ideas to the marketing team based on customer feedback
• Other tasks as assigned by manager
