Job summary

Integral dx is seeking a Central Sales Desk Associate to reach out to Ready Mix producers by phone, text, and email. You will follow a sales script, document conversations, and relay potential leads to Territory Managers while entering contacts into the Outlook CRM.

You will learn the product line, support marketing with customer feedback, and collaborate with sales staff on quoting opportunities. A high school diploma and MS Office skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Contact Ready Mix producers by phone, text, and email.
• Refer leads or business updates to Territory Managers.

• Utilize Mailchimp and other digital tools to contact leads promptly.
• Provide ideas to the marketing team based on customer feedback.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.
