Sales Prospector Ad (in-house)

Kundel Industries, a leading manufacturer of safety production equipment, is searching to add a new Sales Prospector to our outstanding sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of high energy, self-motivation, and a consistent positive outlook. Other key attributes include resilience, strong organization, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation – research and source potential clients
• Qualification – assess leads for fit (budget, need, etc.)
• Outreach – make initial contact with potential clients via calls, email, etc.
• Pipeline building – track interactions and hand off qualified leads to the next step in our unique sales process
• Data management – update records with details and insights about potential clients

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent persuasive abilities
• Ability to research and analyze leads to maximize quality
• Ability to manage high volume sales leads in an organized manner
• 1-3 years sales experience preferred
• Ability to reach out to potential leads using a multi-channel approach
• Ability to overcome objections and reach decision makers
