Job summary

Integral dx is seeking a Central Sales Desk Associate in Watertown, SD to reach Ready Mix producers by phone, text, and email, following a script to gather the required data for the Integral dx team.

You will learn the product line to communicate effectively with clients, relay potential leads to Territory Managers, and ensure timely entry of contacts into the company database.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to read and understand written information.
• Ability to follow and memorize a sales script.
• Ability to communicate sales potential to management.
• Any combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Contact Ready Mix producers by phone, text, and email.
• Refer leads or business updates to Territory Managers.
• Set up new contacts in Outlook.
• Document conversations.
• Utilize Mailchimp (and other digital services) to contact leads ASAP.
• Provide ideas to the marketing team based on customer feedback.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.

SALARY RANGE: $16 to $20/ hour to start, dependent on experience

The Integral dx Central Sales Desk Associate's primary responsibilities are to reach out to potential Ready Mix Truck purchasers and organizations. This individual will follow a script to communicate their purpose and the intentions of the call to collect the required data to share with the Integral dx team. This individual should have the ability to learn the product line to communicate effectively with the clients and organization the results of said calls. They will have regular communication with sales staff to relay potential leads and quoting opportunities. And they will provide timely entry of contacts into the company database.
