You’ll follow a structured sales process to balance features with budget and close sales with urgency. Responsibilities include consultations, lead management, posting content to drive traffic, and CRM data capture.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
• Proven ability to overcome objections and close sales.
• Social media content creation for Facebook Marketplace.
• Customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to design tailored solutions.
• Manage leads from walk-ins, online inquiries, and CRM.
• Post on Facebook Marketplace and community groups to drive traffic.
• Follow the sales process to uncover motivations and objections.
• Capture customer information into CRM during visits.
• Close sales and build urgency.
• Maintain store merchandising and support marketing.
