The role is a 100% commission-based position following the training period, with uncapped earning potential. Expect typical earnings in the 60k–70k range, with top performers reaching 110k–130k+. Training wage is provided during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and CRM experience required.
• Proven ability to overcome objections and close sales.
• Experience with lead management processes and sales procedures.
• Social media content creation, especially on Facebook Marketplace.
• Customer-focused mindset with negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers, build rapport, and guide them through our process.
• Manage leads from walk-ins, inquiries, and CRM follow-ups.
• Post on Facebook Marketplace and community groups to generate organic leads.
• Execute sales process to uncover motivations and close deals.
• Convert in-store visits into CRM leads and capture details.
• Close at least 50% of encounters and create urgency.
• Maintain merchandising standards and support marketing efforts.
• Follow up post-sale for satisfaction and referrals.
