Job summary

Ulrich Lifestyle Structures, Harrisonburg Store, seeks a Sales Design Consultant to guide customers from discovery to purchase, crafting tailored design solutions and generating leads via Facebook Marketplace and local groups.

You will follow our structured sales process, manage CRM leads, and close sales with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, merchandising, and post-sale referrals in a family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot preferred.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections.
• Ability to manage leads from multiple sources and maintain CRM records.
• Experience creating content for Facebook Marketplace and social channels.

Responsibilities

• Customer Consultation & Design: Connect with customers, build rapport, guide them through the process.
• Lead Management: Handle leads from walk-ins, inquiries, and CRM follow-ups.
• Organic Lead Generation: Post on Facebook Marketplace and community groups.
• Sales Process Execution: Use procedures to uncover motivations and close sales.
• Customer Engagement: Convert in-store visits into CRM leads and capture data.
• Closing Sales: Aim to close at least 50% of encounters and create urgency.
• Store Presentation & Marketing Support: Maintain merchandising and drive foot traffic.
• Post-Sale Support: Follow up for satisfaction, reviews, and referrals.
