Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate for Pottery Barn Kids. You will deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and drive sales in a fast-paced specialty retail setting.

You will help customers with gift services, registrations, and special orders while maintaining store presentation and accurate transactions. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a POS and handle transactions accurately.
• Stockroom upkeep and basic store maintenance understood.

Responsibilities

• Provide sincere, friendly, energetic customer service and exceed sales goals.
• Assist customers with services like gift wrap, registry, and special orders.
• Maintain product knowledge and up-to-date promotions.
• Process transactions including returns and exchanges accurately.
• Support visual merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain stockroom and restock merchandise as needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures and work with the team.
