Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate for Pottery Barn to deliver a unique shopping experience with world-class service and in-depth product knowledge in a fast-paced specialty retail setting.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with gift wrap, registry, catalog orders, and special orders while maintaining visual merchandising and store cleanliness. This full-time role requires open weekend availability and a strong team player mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service experience and retail sales experience
• Full-time associates are expected to have open availability
• Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two weekend shifts and two weekdays
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide sincere, friendly and energetic customer service by exemplifying World-Class service standards
• Achieve established sales and contest goals; maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Assist customers with services including gift wrap, gift registry, catalog orders, special orders, back orders, charge sends, courier deliveries, and furniture orders
• Utilize selling techniques to build multiple sales and increase productivity
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including features and benefits
• Operate register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges)
• Assist in visual merchandise presentation, signage and lighting
• Maintain store cleanliness and stockroom organization
• Process, ticket, and restock merchandise
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Comply with Company policies and procedures
