Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate for Pottery Barn in California to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales on a busy retail floor.

You will assist customers with services, share product knowledge, operate the POS, and help maintain visual merchandising, stock and cleanliness. This role requires open availability, including weekends, and previous retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service and retail sales experience.
• Open availability for full-time; weekend shifts required.
• Able to lift and move items up to 75 lbs with appropriate safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide sincere, friendly, energetic customer service and exceed sales goals.
• Assist customers with services including gift wrap, registry, catalog orders, and furniture orders.
• Maintain product knowledge, perform register transactions, and support visual merchandising.
• Keep store clean, organized, and restock merchandise as needed.
