Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a junior sales support role.
• Familiarity with Business Central ERP or similar systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the full sales order lifecycle from entry to invoicing.
• Coordinate fulfillment, edits, returns, and credit memos with compliance.
• Maintain data integrity across ERP/CRM and related systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Distribution, Inventory, and Accounting.
• Provide timely order status updates and stakeholder communication.
• Support reporting, SOPs, and process improvements.
