Job summary

Wyld seeks a Data Coordinator in Clackamas, Oregon to manage and maintain accurate organizational data across multiple departments and platforms. You will ensure data accuracy from creation to release, supporting cross-functional teams and data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance to improve data visibility, inventory accuracy, and reporting integrity while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data coordination, data entry, operations support, supply chain, or related administrative roles.
• Experience working across multiple systems, databases, or ERP platforms required.
• Experience with Bills of Materials (BOMs), inventory systems, or product lifecycle management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business systems/software platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and update organizational data across multiple internal systems and platforms.
• Manage critical business data including Items and BOMs, SKU information, packaging specifications, product data, and pricing.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, standardized, and aligned across systems before releasing updates.
• Coordinate timelines and approvals for new product setups, changes, launches, and updates.
