Wyld, headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, seeks a Sales Data Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance across ERP/CRM systems. You will partner with Sales, Distribution, Inventory, and Accounting to maintain data integrity and enable seamless order execution.

The role requires strong attention to detail, system proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with evolving processes and tools.

Formación

• Experience in a junior sales support role.
• Familiar with Business Central ERP and CRM (Salesforce).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass background check.

Responsabilidades

• Own execution of the full sales order lifecycle, including entry, edits, fulfillment, invoicing, and credit memos.
• Maintain data integrity across ERP, CRM, and related systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Distribution, Inventory and Accounting to ensure smooth order flow.
• Provide timely customer support on order status and documentation.
• Support reporting, SOPs, and process improvements across Sales Operations.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and project work as priorities shift.
