Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a junior sales support role.
• Familiar with CRM programs (e.g. Salesforce).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the full sales order lifecycle, including entry, edits, fulfillment coordination, invoicing, and credit memo processing.
• Manage order modifications including additions, rejections, returns, and refusals per state compliance requirements.
• Ensure all order activity is accurate, timely, and compliant with state and company standards.
• Maintain accurate data across ERP, CRM, and external systems; resolve discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sales, Distribution, Inventory, and Accounting to ensure seamless order flow and issue resolution.
• Provide timely, high-quality support related to order status, reporting, and documentation.
• Operate as a power user of order management systems and support process improvements.
