Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to lead data infrastructure, analytics, and sales planning for the SEA B2B Display Division.

This role owns end-to-end responsibility for the division's data ecosystem — including the sales data cube, Alteryx ETL workflows, Tableau reporting environment, and organizational and product mapping tables — while also driving the bi-annual quota-setting process for the entire sales organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales operations, data analytics, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Alteryx for ETL workflow development and administration.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end bi-annual quota-setting process for the full sales org.
• Manage the B2B Display sales data cube, data refreshes, and QA outputs.
• Build and optimize Alteryx ETL workflows; monitor scheduling and reliability.
• Administer Tableau dashboards and governance; deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain mapping tables for organization and product data; support cross-functional teams.
• Analyze sales performance and present findings to leadership; drive process improvements.
