Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a Sr. Director of Strategy and Sales Operations to lead the operational backbone of the sales org.

You will own data infrastructure, reporting, pricing strategy, and cross-functional programs to accelerate growth and enable informed decision making. The role requires deep experience in sales operations and leadership within a matrixed org, with a focus on CRM systems, data integrity, and strategic alignment across sales, finance, marketing, and product

Qualifications

• 12+ years in sales operations/strategy, with 3–5 years in senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent is preferred; PMP or BI certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own data infrastructure design, reporting, and dashboards for sales leadership.
• Oversee Salesforce administration, pipeline integrity, and system integration.
• Lead pricing strategy, RFPs, and contract negotiations in cross-functional ways.
• Design and run sales enablement programs and onboarding for new hires.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, and product to align GTM initiatives.
