Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to lead data infrastructure, analytics, and sales planning for the SEA B2B Display Division.

This role owns end-to-end responsibility for the division's data ecosystem — including the sales data cube, Alteryx ETL workflows, Tableau reporting environment, and organizational and product mapping tables — while also driving the bi-annual quota-setting process for the entire sales organization.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in sales operations, data analytics, or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Alteryx for ETL workflow development and administration.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end bi-annual quota-setting process for the full sales org.
  • Manage the B2B Display sales data cube, data refreshes, and QA outputs.
  • Build and optimize Alteryx ETL workflows; monitor scheduling and reliability.
  • Administer Tableau dashboards and governance; deliver actionable insights.
  • Maintain mapping tables for organization and product data; support cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze sales performance and present findings to leadership; drive process improvements.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, serving as the primary subject matter expert for sales data governance, reporting infrastructure, and process improvement across the Data & Infrastructure team.Essential Duties:Quota Planning & Sales Performance ManagementOwn the end-to-end bi-annual quota-setting process (H1 and H2) for the full sales organization, spanning a 2–3 month cycle per halfCollect and validate historical sales data, headcount rosters, and business targets to build quota model inputsBuild and run the quota allocation model; present outputs to sales leadership and Finance for review and sign-offFinalize rep- and team-level quota assignments, load into systems, and communicate to the sales organizationMaintain quota documentation and audit trails in the designated quota-setting environmentD ata Infrastructure & Sales Data Cube ManagementOwn and maintain the B2B Display sales data cube, ensuring reliable refresh schedules, data accuracy, and performanceConduct regular infrastructure reviews to address technical debt, optimize cube structure, and align with evolving business needsPerform routine QA on data cube outputs; investigate and resolve anomalies, gaps, or refresh failuresLead semi-annual strategic reviews of the data architecture and propose structural improvements for the next halfAlteryx Workflow Automation & AdministrationBuild, maintain, and monitor all Alteryx ETL workflows supporting the Data & Infrastructure teamInvestigate and resolve workflow failures, data anomalies, and scheduling errors on a weekly basisConduct monthly audits of all active workflows for performance issues, deprecated inputs, and logic driftOptimize high-frequency and high-impact workflows on a quarterly basis to improve stability and automation coverageModify workflows to accommodate organizational changes, territory realignments, account updates, and product changesTableau Reporting & BI AdministrationAdminister and maintain the Tableau reporting environment, ensuring all dashboards and data connections refresh correctlyConduct monthly reviews of active reports for accuracy, stale data sources, and alignment with current business definitionsPerform quarterly rationalization of the full Tableau report inventory — deprecating unused reports and consolidating overlapping viewsDevelop new Tableau dashboards and visualizations in response to business requests and strategic insight initiativesMapping Table & Master Data ManagementMaintain and update sales organization mapping tables on a monthly basis to reflect headcount changes, territory realignments, and role updatesManage product mapping tables for new SKUs, product discontinuations, and category reclassificationsEnsure data consistency across all downstream systems dependent on org and product mapping logicSales Analytics & Insights DevelopmentAnalyze B2B Display sales performance data to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities; translate findings into actionable insights for sales leadershipPackage and present new insights via Tableau dashboards, reports, or presentations; gather stakeholder feedback and iterateRespond to ad hoc data and analysis requests from Sales, Finance, and leadership teamsTroubleshoot data inconsistencies across reporting platforms and systemsProcess Design, Improvement & DocumentationConduct quarterly current-state process assessments across key workflows;
