Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods North America is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage customer inquiries, and help drive order accuracy and timely responses. You will handle pricing, order status, and database updates while coordinating with internal departments and external partners.

In this role, you will prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals, maintain documentation, and assist with R&D sample processes and HUB visits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information on product offerings, pricing, and order status.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure resolutions are communicated effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, updating customer databases, and creating sales presentations.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.
• Learn to navigate Kilcoy’s internal systems to support sales visibility and access to key inventory and order information.
• Facilitate communication between the sales team, internal departments, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and customer visits, and ensure stakeholders are informed of updates and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to support decision-making.
• Provide general administrative support including event organization, sample fulfillment, and drafting proposals and contracts.
• R&D and HUB support: manage sample requests, store maintenance, and coordinate HUB visits.
• Assist with competitive analysis and organize documentation for evaluation.
