Job summary

North Coast Seafoods seeks a daytime Foodservice Customer & Sales Support Coordinator to act as the department's administrative and customer-service hub. You will manage order processing, inventory communication, pricing updates, and shipping administration while coordinating with customers, sales, production, shipping, trucking, and logistics to ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in order entry, shipping, or logistics.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing; seafood or meat processing is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer and internal calls and direct inquiries while providing exceptional customer service.
• Receive, review, enter, and confirm all incoming and scheduled customer orders daily.
• Serve as the primary daytime contact for order status, product availability, and general order support.
• Coordinate with sales, production, shipping, trucking, logistics and purchasing to meet customer needs.
• Organize daily on-hand inventory availability and distribute inventory reports to the sales team.
• Process shipments and prepare shipping documentation (UPS/FedEx).
• Generate daily batch reports and picking documentation for customers.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer, pricing, inventory, and order records.
• Support shipping/logistics by coordinating product and communicating across departments.
