Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods North America is seeking a dedicated warehouse supervisor to oversee dock operations in a fast-paced cold production environment. You will lead a team of 5–8 associates, ensuring safe, accurate and timely loading, unloading and storage of products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with loading and unloading trucks.
• 3+ years’ inventory control experience.
• Solid understanding of shipping and receiving processes.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Proven ability to interact with employees professionally, including under stress.
• Forklift experience; certification preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from the trucks.
• Review products for damage before shipments.
• Sort and place materials according to standards.
• Lead, develop, train and maintain dock teams.
• Ensure inbound and outbound deliveries are timely and accurate.
• Prepare and sign-off inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Participate in quarterly inventory counts.
• Sign off on all inbound/outbound bills of lading.
