Job summary

Massage Envy Pleasant Hills is hiring for Sales Associates to welcome guests, promote Total Body Care, and support clinic flow. The role blends customer service, education of services, and retail recommendations in a fast-paced wellness environment.

Full-Time and Part-Time shifts available, Monday through Friday with weekend and holiday coverage; base pay starts at $12.00–$14.00 per hour plus tips, bonuses, and commissions; benefits for full-time employees, training, plus a monthly complimentary

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; ability to multitask.
• Strong people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and promote the Wellness Program, book future services, and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base in-person and through phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
