Job summary

Massage Envy Monroeville is seeking team members who are passionate about wellness and delivering excellent guest experiences. You’ll learn the Massage Envy Wellness Program, book services, and assist guests with retail recommendations, contributing to a warm, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Have previous retail or sales experience (required).
• Excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Promote Total Body Care by educating clients on services, selling the Wellness Program, booking future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base in-person and through phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (required)

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
