Job summary

Meritage Homes is seeking a Sales Associate in Irving, TX to drive new home sales using MAS strategies and strong agent partnerships. You will engage with Realtors, prospect buyers, manage CRM, and work toward becoming a Sales Counselor with guidance from leadership.

Responsibilities include promoting MAS, achieving sales and customer service goals, and coordinating with mortgage and title teams to facilitate timely closings. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Commission-based sales experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prospect, build relationships, and develop marketing strategies.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Embrace MAS philosophy and strategies to generate home sales.
• Accomplish sales, closing, and customer service goals.
• Train to become a Sales Counselor.
• Prospect for opportunities to influence agents and brokers within the DSA.
• Utilize CRM to manage prospecting, sales, and communication.
• Promote MAS and agent programs to agents and offices.
• Present Meritage Homes Purchase Agreement to buyers.
• Coordinate appointments with mortgage and title companies.
• Update agents and buyers throughout the purchase process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction from initial visit to closing.
