Job summary

Meritage Homes is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate in the Milton, FL area to drive new home sales through MAS strategies and strong agent partnerships. You will leverage CRM tools, educate buyers about models and communities, and work toward a future role as a Sales Counselor with licensing progress where required.

You will collaborate with leaders to meet sales targets, promote Meritage listings, and ensure a premium customer experience from first contact to closing.

Qualifications

• Active State RE License required or in progress.
• Minimum 3–5 years of commissioned sales experience.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and real estate tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Embrace MAS philosophy to generate new home sales and build relationships with agents and buyers.
• Accomplish sales, closing and customer service goals.
• Train to become a Sales Counselor and meet Real Estate license requirements where applicable.
• Prospect for opportunities and cultivate relationships with real estate agents and brokers.
• Utilize CRM to manage prospecting, sales, and communication efforts with agents and buyers.
• Present Meritage Homes purchase agreements and explain payment, taxes, insurance, CC&R, HOA rules.
