Job summary

Meritage Homes is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate in Texas to embrace MAS strategies and drive new home sales through agent and buyer relationships while delivering exceptional service.

You'll work with peers and leaders to develop into a Sales Counselor, mastering product details, pricing, and community information, and coordinating with mortgage and title teams to close transactions while maintaining a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commissioned sales or real estate-related sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
• Ability to build relationships with agents and buyers.
• Professional appearance and presentation are essential.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote MAS philosophy and strategies to drive home sales and customer service.
• Achieve sales, closing, and customer service goals set by the Sales Leader.
• Train and develop toward becoming a Sales Counselor under leadership.
• Prospect to influence agents and brokers within the DSA to prioritize Meritage Homes.
• Cultivate relationships with real estate agents to create long-term partnerships.
• Proactively use CRM to manage prospecting, sales, and communications with agents and buyers.
• Coordinate with mortgage and title teams to facilitate timely closings.
• Provide agent with listings and market information to meet customer needs.
