Job summary

LS Solutions in Pittsburgh is hiring a Retirement Living Sales Counselor to provide resident-first support to older adults and families, guiding them toward independent living, assisted living, memory care, and related offerings with compassion and integrity.

You will build relationships, follow up with leads, coordinate visits, and support families during the move-in process while collaborating with internal teams to create a welcoming resident experience and promote residents’ quality of life.
