Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Sales Coordinator for its Southfield, MI campus. This full-time, hybrid role supports sales teams by reviewing contracts, managing prototypes, and handling service and surcharge pricing.

You will prepare quotations, maintain price files, and resolve customer issues while supporting Sales Account Managers. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in sales support, with knowledge of Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years experience supporting sales teams.
• Residence within 50 miles of Southfield, MI is required (excludes active duty).

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, manage prototypes, and handle pricing for service and surge quotes.
• Prepare quotations and maintain price files; resolve customer issues.
• Support Sales Account Managers and develop internal/external relationships with engineering, purchasing, and materials teams.
• Lead contract reviews to ensure terms are accurate and approved.
• Manage pricing in Oracle or SAP and resolve pricing or delivery issues.
