Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years electrical industry experience in estimation, proposal writing, or power distribution.
• Minimum 1 year experience in estimating/proposal writing, application engineering, or power distribution equipment.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation; within 50 miles of Southfield, MI.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of technical, commercial, and pricing proposals for the Central Region.
• Serve as primary technical and commercial resource for stakeholders.
• Develop innovative, customer-focused solutions addressing project requirements.
• Collaborate with divisions, facilities, suppliers, and service teams.
• Provide technical consultation through site visits and customer interactions.
• Monitor proposal activity, pipeline metrics, and win rates.
• Support strategic division initiatives and extended warranty programs.
• Coordinate proposal development across multiple regions.
• Prepare regular activity updates and ensure documentation alignment.
• Pursue professional development through training and certifications.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and meet deadlines.
