Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned Sales Representatives and customers by coordinating internal and external communications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, specifiers, and engineers.
• Manage the complete project workflow from project creation to installation.
• Update systems to ensure project communications and details are captured.
• Analyze and maintain accurate sales and shipment projections.
• Conduct project reviews and contribute to pricing and sales strategy.
• Create and maintain pricing calculations based on design and project criteria.
• Prepare project documents including specifications, budgets, quotes, and submittals.
• Coordinate shipment timing and installation schedules.
• Manage installation contracts and support during post-sale and installation processes.
• Identify solutions to unforeseen complications during the process.
