Musco Lighting, based in Oskaloosa, IA, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage the full project workflow from planning through commissioning, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget.

You’ll work with customers and internal teams to discuss product attributes, coordinate with contractors and engineers, and support billing and process improvements. Expect multi-tasking and strong communication in a team environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, communications, marketing, or technical field.
• Two years in a technical customer support or coordination role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Self-directed within a team environment and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven with problem-solving ability.
• Knowledgeable to discuss Musco product attributes with customers.
• Understanding of Musco and company business practices.
• Knowledge of sales and public bidding processes.
• General understanding of electrical and structural concepts.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete project workflow including planning, pre-sale, post-sale, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and commissioning, with specs, pricing, quotes, budgets, and PO coordination.
• Analyze and maintain data quality in systems for accurate sales and shipment projections.
• Serve as the primary contact for International Field Sales on processes and policies.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting goals and timelines.
• Develop strong communication within the territory with contractors, engineers, vendors, and customers.
• Assist in developing policies to meet customer and project requirements.
• Discuss customer responses with managers to improve the sales process.
• Support billing and credit procedures as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
