Job summary

JLL in Chicago seeks a Sales Coordinator to join our Brokerage Operations team. You will provide high-level support to commercial real estate brokerage producers within our office, handling administrative, marketing and operational duties for the business.

You will collaborate with brokers, research, marketing and finance to help the office succeed, gaining exposure to all aspects of the brokerage practice and client service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office with ability to learn in-house tools.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign.
• 1+ years supporting multiple people in CRE or professional services.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional.
• Able to handle confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Gather market research to create client deliverables like market surveys and tour books.
• Prepare and manage deal documents (RFPs, LOIs, letters) per policy and broker direction.
• Manage marketing listings on CoStar, LoopNet, View the Space, and Hightower.
