Job summary

JLL in Dallas is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support brokerage professionals across marketing, operations, and finance. You will collaborate with brokers, research, marketing, and staff to keep deals moving and campaigns running.

The role offers exposure to listings, client deliverables and events, with a focus on organization, detail, and timely communication. Prior admin experience in real estate or professional services is valued, along with proficiency in Office and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of admin or operations support to multiple professionals.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn new software.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite to create/edit marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain property listings across CoStar, LoopNet and Market Sphere.
• Design and produce marketing materials including flyers, brochures, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Create professional client deliverables such as market surveys, tour books, analyses and proposals.
• Conduct market research to support business development and client engagement initiatives.
• Prepare transaction documents including RFPs, LOIs, renewals, and leasing status reports.
• Coordinate and support industry events, client meetings, open houses, and networking functions.
• Update CRM to track prospects, clients, and transaction pipeline; distribute campaigns via email.
