Job summary

JLL is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Leasing team in New York. You will provide high level support to commercial real estate brokerage producers, handling administrative, financial, marketing and operational tasks to help drive team success.

The role offers exposure to brokers, research, marketing, finance and coordinators, with a fast-paced, collaborative and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability to learn new software and internal platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized presentation content for client deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and marketing to meet deadlines.
• Perform advanced document formatting and presentation design.
• Gather market information to create client deliverables like surveys and tour books.
• Prepare deal documents such as RFPs, LOIs, renewal letters, leasing reports.
• Update CRM to track prospects, clients, and deals.
