Job summary

JLL is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Cincinnati Brokerage Operations team. You will provide high-level administrative and analytical support to commercial real estate brokers, handle market research, prepare deal documents, maintain CRM data, and contribute to marketing and financial processes.

The role offers exposure to all aspects of the office业务 by collaborating with brokers, research, marketing, and finance, in a fast-paced, inclusive environment on-site in Cincinnati, OH.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Gather market research information to create client deliverables such as market surveys, tour books, and competitive sets.
• Prepare deal documents including RFPs, LOIs, renewal letters, leasing status reports, and correspondence under broker direction.
• Update and maintain CRM database to track prospects, clients, and deal information.
• Manage and maintain all listings on CoStar and LoopNet; prepare property marketing flyers and email distributions.
• Create and edit presentations, pitches, and client deliverables for meetings.
• Assist in planning industry functions or client events and open houses.
• Collect and process deal file paperwork; generate and send invoices via JLL accounting platform; track broker expenses.
