Job summary

JLL in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Brokerage Operations team on-site. The role covers administrative, financial, marketing and operational tasks to help brokers, researchers, marketing, and finance drive office success.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years experience supporting multiple people in professional services or CRE, are proficient with MS Office, and can use Canva or InDesign for marketing materials.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience supporting multiple people preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with ability to learn new software and in-house platforms.
• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Gathers market information and prepares client deliverables like surveys, tour books, competitive sets.
• Prepares deal documents and maintains CRM entries tracking prospects, clients and deals.
• Manages listings on CoStar/LoopNet and creates marketing flyers and client presentations.
