Job summary

Inpro US/CAN in Wisconsin is seeking an International Sales Coordinator to partner with Inside Sales Representatives and Outside Sales Territory Managers to coordinate, process, and finalize customer quotes, bids, and orders across the international division.

This role requires a detail‑oriented, team player mindset and strong communication to support the Sales Team and customers, with duties spanning order entry, quotes, sample requests, and coordinating with remote locations.

Qualifications

• College degree or five years of international customer service experience.
• At least 3–5 years of customer service; international experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Salesforce and Netsuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales reps and territory manager by handling pre-order activities, order entry, and post-order support.
• Prepare quotes, bids, and submittals.
• Process sample requests for customers.
• Enter and review orders, clarify Purchase Orders, and process changes.
• Provide order status updates and shipping information to customers.
• Coordinate activities with international sales staff, including remote locations.
• Provide back-up coverage during sales rep absence.
• Create letters of credit when needed.
• Follow company policies and participate in continuous learning.

Job Summary: This position partners with Inside Sales Representatives and Outside Sales Territory Managers. The International Sales Coordinator supports the Sales Team by coordinating, processing, and finalizing customer quotes, bids, and orders. They display a positive attitude with a strong desire to perform as a team player with all areas within the company, as well as with customers. Their primary function is to support the International Division towards achieving divisional targets and goals. Consistency and attention to detail are key characteristics in this position.

Primary Duties:

• Assist the sales reps and territory sales manager by working directly with customers by completing pre order activities, order entry, and post-order entry customer support.
• Prepare quotes, bids, and submittals.
• Process sample requests for customers.
• Responsible for all orders entry activities including: reviewing/clarifying Purchase Orders, entering the order, and processing order changes.
• Receives and initiates customer calls regarding: order status, order clarification, expected ship dates, shipping information, expediting, and partial shipments per customer request.
• Coordinates activities and project information with entire International sales staff, including remote locations.
• Provides back-up support in sales rep absence.
• Creates, monitors, and completes all letters of credit, if needed.
• Performs any related duties assigned by management
• Properly follow all company policies and procedures.
• Actively participates in continuous learning and transfer of these skills to the job.

Education and Experience:

• College Degree or five years of experience in international customer service.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in customer service. International experience or exposure is highly preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Use/knowledge of customer service software required. Salesforce and Netsuite software experience preferred.

Job Relationships:

• Reports to the International Sales Operations Manager.
