The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma, 2+ years in customer service, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Spanish speaking is required. Based in Miami, FL.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains frequent communication with customer base and gathers information to ensure their satisfaction
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
• Manages sales orders from existing customers via email and phone
• Corresponds regularly with customers
• Works with account managers to comply with customer requests and to solve customer problems
• Works with all internal teams to successfully deliver international documentation for all orders
• Maintains positive relationships with customers and internal teams
• Collaborates across departments including sales, logistics and purchasing
• Prepares various reports and correspondence as required

Job Summary

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to customers and account managers by maintaining frequent communication with both and by helping troubleshoot problems and managing international orders. This sales support role is the vital link between our customers and our internal teams. The essential role is to ensure smooth communication, accurate order processing, and exceptional service delivery.Works under direct supervision; a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required; relays on pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains frequent communication with customer base and gathers information to ensure their satisfaction
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
• Manages sales orders from existing customers via email and phone
• Corresponds regularly with customers
• Works with account managers to comply with customer requests and to solve customer problems
• Works with all internal teams to successfully deliver international documentation for all orders
• Maintains positive relationships with customers and internal teams
• Works with Account Managers to enhance sales programs
• Ensures accuracy in data entry for quotes and orders
• Collaborates across departments including sales, logistics and purchasing
• Prepares various reports and correspondence as required
• Contributes to team success by meeting individual goals and supporting team objectives
• Performs other duties as required

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school graduate
• 2 years+ of experience, preferably in customer service
• Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
• Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Working knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Spanish speaking required
